What supports the work of Saffron Strand, Inc. is donations from concerned and caring individuals and organizations, along with contributions-in-kind from our volunteers and local businesses.

After a decade of successful operation in Richmond, California, our unique, all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit membership organization now gets homeless people and those at risk of homelessness off the streets and back to work in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Those who join Saffron Strand become members of an intentional community dedicated to getting all members back to work. Homeless members help run the organization, which follows corona virus protection and COVID prevention protocols.
